Description - "Never trust a chef that won't eat his own food" - not a problem here. Eusebio is his own worst critic, and his passion for food and perfectionism have really helped improve this restaurant. You'll love his home-made soups. His dislike for ready-made foods see him make his own sauces, mayonaise and pastas and many more.
